These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 365aec ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://365aec.org and all associated sub-pages, applications, services, games, and promotional features (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, playing any game, or otherwise using any part of the 365aec platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 365aec Services and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms as they stand at the time of use.

365aec reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use the 365aec Services, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. No exception will be made regardless of claimed parental consent or any other circumstance.
2. You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
3. You have not been previously self-excluded from the 365aec platform or any related service, or if you have, the applicable exclusion period has fully expired.
4. You are not acting on behalf of another person, business, or entity. One account per person; one account per household; one account per device is the maximum permitted.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 365aec or any of its technology, game content, or payment partners.
6. You understand that online gambling carries financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. You accept this risk entirely.

365aec reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any stage — including at registration, first withdrawal, and at any later point if the platform has reason to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal amounts pending investigation.

Registration on 365aec requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. By submitting a registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

365aec operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (data page)
• Driving licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement dated within 90 days)
• Selfie photograph holding your NID or passport for liveness verification

Documents must be submitted in clear, unedited photographs or scans. Altered, cropped, or digitally manipulated documents will be rejected and the account flagged for review. 365aec may request additional supporting documentation at its discretion. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

365aec reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account that is found — at any time — to have been registered in violation of these Terms.

Minimum Deposit: ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; high-volume deposit requests may trigger additional verification checks.

Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment method accounts or bank accounts used must be registered in the same name as the 365aec account holder.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 365aec targets same-day processing for all requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirements in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available withdrawable balance as shown in your account dashboard.
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment method registered in your own name.

Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 365aec does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any foreign currency transactions will be subject to conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

365aec reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending fraud review, AML checks, or additional KYC verification. In the event that a deposit is found to have been made fraudulently or by unauthorised payment instrument, the full deposit amount and any associated winnings will be voided and refunded or reported to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 365aec are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms below and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all 365aec promotions:

• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds. Bonus balances are displayed separately in your account dashboard.
• Standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses: 30x the bonus amount must be wagered before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. Specific promotions may carry different wagering multipliers — check the individual promotion page for exact terms.
• Game contribution toward wagering requirements varies by game category: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%; crash games typically contribute 20%. 365aec publishes a full game contribution table in the Promotions section of the platform.
• Maximum bet per spin or per hand while wagering bonus funds: ৳500, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed above this limit during an active bonus will be voided and the bonus cancelled without compensation.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after issuance unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• 365aec reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable. Players who are mid-wagering at the time of cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All games available on 365aec are provided by third-party certified game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules published by its respective provider. 365aec does not modify the mathematical models, payout tables, or RNG behaviour of any licensed game.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the 365aec platform:

• Bets once placed and confirmed are final and may not be cancelled, adjusted, or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, game freeze, or display error — the round outcome recorded in the 365aec server logs is authoritative. Interrupted rounds will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's official rules for such events.
• Any bet placed using funds that are subsequently found to have been deposited fraudulently will be voided, irrespective of the outcome.
• Cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with the official match result as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). 365aec uses the final official scorecard as the settlement basis. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 72 hours of market closure.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 365aec's discretion, particularly during events outside normal data feed parameters or during official reviews of match incidents.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmed settlement. There is no minimum withdrawal threshold separate from the standard withdrawal minimum of ৳200.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365aec excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from the normal operation of games with a statistical house edge, as published in the respective game's return-to-player (RTP) information.
• Interruption of Services due to planned or emergency maintenance, third-party network failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 365aec's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain password security or your disclosure of login credentials to a third party.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on game strategy guides, betting systems, or third-party predictions. 365aec does not endorse or validate any external betting strategy.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any nature, even if 365aec has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases where 365aec is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the 365aec platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, text content, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of 365aec or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the 365aec platform without prior written consent from 365aec.

Game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, etc.) and is subject to those providers' individual licensing terms. 365aec is a licensed distributor of game content and does not claim ownership over third-party game assets.

365aec reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is detected on or linked to the account.
• The account is linked to a self-excluded account, a previously banned account, or a flagged payment method.
• A regulatory, legal, or law enforcement instruction requires account suspension.
• The account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months and holds a zero balance.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the available withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 365aec support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the 365aec platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following process:

1. Step 1 — Direct Support: Submit your dispute to 365aec support via the contact email at [email protected]. Include your account username, the nature of the dispute, and all relevant transaction IDs or timestamps. 365aec will acknowledge all dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 14 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation Review: If the initial support response does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may request an escalation to a senior review team. Escalation requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the initial support response.
3. Step 3 — Independent Review: If escalation does not produce a satisfactory resolution, both parties agree to pursue resolution through a mutually agreed independent arbitration or mediation process before commencing formal legal proceedings.

No legal proceedings may be commenced against 365aec without first completing Steps 1 and 2 above. The dispute resolution process set out in this section does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 365aec with respect to your use of the Services and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Waiver: Any failure by 365aec to enforce any provision of these Terms at a particular time does not constitute a waiver of 365aec's right to enforce that provision or any other provision at any later time.

Assignment: 365aec may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any successor entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without notice to you. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party.

Language: This Agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any translation being made available, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.
